First Aid Training

Our first aid courses range from 1/2 day to 3 days. The courses comply with Health & Safety legislation depending on your type and size of work place or environment.

Lifeguard Courses

Our lifeguard courses are taught through the RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society). They range from a 2 hour training session to a 5 day course.

Ongoing Training

First aid courses are regulated and certificated by Ofqual. Lifeguard courses are regulated and certificated though RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society).

Very helpful Renewing NPLQ

Sarah was particularly helpful when I asked her how to renew my NPLQ. She gave me excellent advice on what qualifies as relevant ongoing training and allowed me to attend her course to complete my 20 hours and prepare me to take the exam and test. In particular she made me aware of the changes to the syllabus that I would not have picked up on my own.

First Aid

The training was first class and designed to meet our needs. Our trainer put us at easy. There were plenty of opportunities to practise and ask questions. We were made aware of changes and additions since our last training. We would recommend this training to anyone.
